EQUUS.ONE is a BRAIN.ONE company. This notice explains how we handle the details you share with us. Last updated September 2026.
What we collect
When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, email address and, if you choose, your role, stable or location, the offering you're interested in, and your message. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and arrange sessions you ask about. We rely on your consent, given when you tick the box on the form. We never sell your details or add you to marketing lists without separate, explicit consent.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is delivered by email to the EQUUS.ONE / BRAIN.ONE team. We use a trusted email-delivery provider to send it and a confirmation to you; they process it only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months unless you become a client.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing hello@brain.one. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Security
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection, checked on our servers, and protected against automated spam and abuse.
